Amla or Amlaki is one of the rejuvenating herbs of Ayurvedic tradition and when used in combination with Gotu Kola and gentle massage will help promote circulation and protect a healthy scalp.

Directions

Coconut Oil solidifies in cold temperatures. Warm gently (so it is luke-warm ) take care not to overheat.

• Massage the oil into your scalp for 15-20 minutes, before smoothing oil into the remaining hair.
• Leave for at least 45 minutes or overnight for intensive treatment.
• Wash and rinse as usual afterwards.
