Directions

• Massage: Apply liberally, Ayumi detox essential oils use unique aromatherapy blends to detoxify and energise.
• Bath: To use as bath oil, add 20ml (2 capfuls) to running water, bathe and relax. Care should be taken as the bath surface can become slippery.
• Shower: oils can be applied to the whole body after showering to wet skin as a rich moisturiser, with a refreshing, long-lasting natural fragrance.
