How To Use:

Tend Skin Liquid requires no mixing. There are no limits on use and no preparations before use.
You may use a moisturizer after applying Tend Skin Liquid if desired.

NOTE:

A thin coat of Tend Skin Liquid is all you need. Don’t overdo it, especially after waxing, electrolysis or laser hair removal which are all “surgical” procedures; the tissue is “torn” or “burned” during these treatments. Raw tissue is subject to stinging when almost anything contacts it.

A thin “dampen-only” coat keeps the product on the skin surface and “out” of the freshly treated follicles. Use a cotton ball or cosmetic applicator.

LOOFAH PADS: We advise AGAINST the use of Loofah pads and related items that essentially “scratch” the skin’s surface where ingrown hairs are a problem. Scratching the skin surface might be great for cleaning purposes but the action irritates and thus “inflames” the skin surface. This will increase the tendency for ingrown hairs to form

APPLYING TO THE SKIN: Leave the product on the skin. Do not wipe off. The product may be rubbed on, thus acting as a cleanser. It also acts as an astringent for oily skin.

FOR EXISTING INGROWN HAIRS: Apply a thin coat twice daily to dry skin, once in the morning after showering and drying the skin. Apply after shaving if you shave. Reapply at night before sleep. This allows the product to work all day and night. Once skin clears experiment to see how little usage you need to maintain. The key point to note is the skin must be dry before applying the product.

NOTE: If you get the product on your hands, rinse hands after use to avoid micro-peeling of the skin.

NOTE: DO NOT TWEEZE. Tweezing will tear and damage the follicles, unlike waxing where proper technique minimizes damage. This can increase the formation of ingrown hairs.
