Directions:
For Hair: Apply a dime sized amount of oil to natural or chemically treated hair to help lock in moisture. To use as a hot oil treatment, warm in microwave for 30 seconds. Allow to cool for one minute. Apply oil to wet hair and cover with a shower cap for 25 minutes. Rinse out and condition as usual.
