INSTRUCTIONS:

POWER WASH INTENSE MOISTURE CLARIFYING SHAMPOO

• Thoroughly wet hair, then work in a moderate amount of Power Wash into hair, gently massaging into hair and scalp. Do not vigorously shampoo.
• For thicker, coarser textures that are prone to tangles, starting at the roots, shampoo by gently raking fingers through hair, all the way to the ends, carefully working through tangles.
• Rinse thoroughly, and then repeat to insure hair and scalp are clean and impurities have been rinsed away.
• Shampoo hair weekly or biweekly for best results. Gently remove excess water from hair and follow with any Aunt Jackie’s conditioner.
• We suggest, Aunt Jackie’s Rescued! Recovery Conditioner from the Grapeseed Style & Shine collection.

RESCUED! Thirst-Quenching RECOVERY CONDITIONER

• On clean, damp hair, apply a generous amount all over hair, making sure hair is coated from roots to ends. As an intensive repair treatment, cover hair with a plastic cap and sit under a warm hooded dryer for 10 minutes.
• Remove cap and rinse all traces from hair. As a regular rinse-out conditioning treatment, leave on for 2-3 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly. Towel blot hair and style as usual.
• For optimal results, use after cleansing hair with any Aunt Jackie’s shampoo or co-wash. We suggest Power Wash Clarifying Shampoo to remove stubborn build-up. Then, follow this conditioning treatment with any Aunt Jackie’s leave-in conditioner.
• To optimize your style, we recommend Aunt Jackie’s Frizz Patrol Setting Mousse, Ice Curls Curling Jelly, or Slicked! Flexible Styling Glue.

SHINE BOSS Refreshing Sheen Mist

• On wet hair, spray and style as usual. On dry hair, use as a finishing step, lightly misting all around the hair, as needed. Do not overspray.
• Best when used with any of Aunt Jackie’s sulfate-free cleanser, conditioner, or styling therapies. We happily recommend trying other remedies within the Grapeseed Style & Shine Recipes collection for your maintenance and styling regimen.

ICE CURLS Glossy Curling Jelly

• Use daily, or as needed. Works best when used on clean, wet or damp hair. For Wash-n Go styles, apply throughout sections of freshly shampooed & conditioned hair, raking through hair with fingers, then finger-styling hair into place.
• Air dry or use a diffuser on a light setting. For twists, braids, and coils, apply to sections of hair, then use a detangling brush or wide-tooth comb to distribute evenly from roots to ends.
• Prepare each section according to desired style (twists, braid outs, Bantu knots, coils, etc.). Allow hair to completely dry, then take down each section and style as desired.
