Directions

Body Art:

1. Use 30g of henna powder and place in a container.
2. Add lemon juice to create a smooth paste. The lemon juice will activate the colour
3. in the henna powder.
4. Cover the container and place in a warm area overnight.
5. Add 5-6 drops of eucalyptus, clove or lavender oil.
6. Mix well, henna paste is ready to use.

For Hair:

1. Use 50-100g of henna powder, depending on your hair length and place in a
2. container.
3. Add lemon juice and create a smooth paste. The lemon juice will activate the colour
4. in the henna powder. You can also add 10-15ml of avocado or sesame oil and 10g of
5. Ayumi amla powder.
6. Cover the container and place in a warm area overnight.
7. Add 5-6 drops of essential oil, such as eucalyptus, clove or lavender oil.
8. Mix well, henna paste is ready to use.
9. Apply the paste to your hair ensuring even coverage.
10. Wrap your hair in a disposable shower cap.
