Directions:
On damp or dry hair, apply directly to hair and scalp. Massage gently. Do not rinse out. Style as usual.

Hot Oil Directions:
After shampooing, liberally apply to hair and scalp. Massage gently. Cover hair with a plastic cap. Leave on for 5-15 minutes. Rinse well (lightly shampoo if necessary).
