Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and must be returned within 28 days of despatch.
If you do not have your despatch note or invoice, please include an explanatory note quoting your order number, and reason for return.
If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged, please return the items within 28 days and we can either offer a refund or replacement. At the discretion of our management, we may require photographical evidence to support claims for damages.
If you wish to cancel your order please notify Black Hair Care in writing or by email within 14 days and return all goods in original condition.
You can use Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class and your returns costs will be refunded. (Please note we will not cover return postage costs for Special Delivery or any other courier service). Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach our offices.
In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Black Hair Care will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage.
