S Curl Wave Jel and Activator actually elminates the Shrinkage Factor that result from shampooing your curly perm. DIRECTIONS: For best results, first, moisturize with Luster's Pink® oil moisturizer. Then squeeze a moderate amount of S-Curl Waves Jel & Activator into hands, rub together then thoroughly massage into hair and scalp. Style as desired.
